Gary T. Shara was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1971 and the State Bar of Washington in 1988. He is licensed to practice before the California Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal, and the United States District Court for Nothern California and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.

Broad Range of Business Legal Expertise

Mr. Shara has appeared as a guest lecturer on legal issues relating to business entities and has presented programs on business-legal topics relevant to the business owner or investor. He has served as an arbitrator/mediator in numerous matters involving business and citizen disputes and has served employee groups as a legal consultant. He has authored articles ranging from duty-of-care issues involving land occupiers to choice of business entities for the entrepreneur. Mr. Shara also hosts and produces a weekly cable TV program called "Minding Your Business" where he and his guests address subjects of interest to the business owner, entrepreneur and general public.
